& you didn't read my post. i didn't say gay people were good or gross. i simply said that everyone has an opinion, and everyone likes to diss on each others opinions but hate it when people flame them for their own opinions.

nobodys opinion is wrong because in everyones opinion, their opinions are right. and the only person whos opinions you should really care about are your own, becasue you shouldn't live by what other people think of you.

so everyone is right, if you think about it

 

I am not fighting, but rather having a discussion and trying ot open people's minds. I am also trying to learn about others. Without conversation no one can develope and broden their perspectives. Many things get done with debate and discussion, nearly nothign gets done without it.

It actually does hurt me and others. I take a lot of crap for being Bi and people have been hurt physically and emotionally for being Bi or gay. And I never said they aren't entitled to their oppinions.

I understand what you are saying seizedbyanger. I have been having those same exact thoughts for so long. But there comes a point where society needs to come to a consensus on what is acceptable and what isn't. For instance, Hitler believed what he was doing was right. The majority of the world doesn't. No one likes to be made fun of. No one likes to be hurt. (Well, ALMOST everybody.) Unless someone stands up and says something, people will keep on hurting others. What if blacks during the civil rights movement had said, "Well, you racist whites aren't wrong." Nothing would have changed. Sometimes we have to fight, by violent or non-violent means.

Why would I trust you in the matter when you can't even find anything to support your oppinion? The Bible says God and Jesus love all, they are not capable of hate, even if they did think homosexuality is wrong, they would hardly hate the homosexual. The Bible says to hate the sin, not the sinner, so why do you not follow your own religious text?
