Dishwashing Detergent And Other Cleaners

so i was looking at the ingredients of automatic powder dish detergent and noticed that it was mostly bleach. can i use it like bleach (diluted to proper ppm) to clean syringes with? i have the same question regarding dish soap such as dawn. appreciate any responses . thanks!

edit: others i can't find info on are ammonia, and aftershave. i feel like aftershave should work because of the high alcohol content, but i don't know if the perfume stuff won't wash out
