So for many years I have had a discoloration on the head of my penis like a little browning and some very very faint white spots. Just wanted to know if anyone else has noticed this and what do they know about it? I have herd it's vitiligo and to have it on the penis is pretty normal but I just wanna be sure.
It is usual if you are circumcised to have the area just below the head slightly lighter in color than the rest of the shaft skin, if you have a "regular" circumcision. On the head, as you advance in age, you could get spots and changes after vigorous sex. The white spots could be pearly white spots if they are on or behind the coronal ridge at the back of the glans.
