Dinosaurs

Discussion in 'Random Thoughts' started by JPN2, May 16, 2018.

  1. OF course there were dinosaurs. Giant lizards just walked around, but then they all died. That doesn't sound crazy at all.

You sound CRAZY. What's more likely, this happened, or scientists found some fossilized trees and arranged them to look scary? They're just trees.

Some people rather believe there are fish with a 2 meter horn on their face, then in unicorns. Its the same with dragons and dinosaurs. All this just proves to me science is evil and nasty.

Actually there are lots of facts you just refuse to acknowledge them. Luckily that does not invalidate them. You are entitled to your own opinion but you are not entitled to your own facts

Evangelical Scientists Refute Gravity With New 'Intelligent Falling' Theory
    The Onion

    https://www.theonion.com/evangelical-scientists-refute-gravity-with-new-intellig-1819567984

    excerpt:

"Some evangelical physicists propose that Intelligent Falling provides an elegant solution to the central problem of modern physics.

"Anti-falling physicists have been theorizing for decades about the 'electromagnetic force,' the 'weak nuclear force,' the 'strong nuclear force,' and so-called 'force of gravity,'" Burdett said. "And they tilt their findings toward trying to unite them into one force. But readers of the Bible have already known for millennia what this one, unified force is: His name is Jesus.""

Yes of course they existed, and yes I know you'll argue they conveniently went extinct 65 million years ago
but sorry that's all I got, a fossil record which dates back some 250 million years ago.

They existed. I believe that they existed with man. It's one of the main reasons why every ancient speaks of dragons with similar features not only to other cultures' description of dragons, but also with the fossil we find.

I still don't get the point of the T Rex's arms

  13. T Rex's arms were for holding his baby and running with him/her. Dinosaur times were full of dangerous snakes and lizards and little T Rex would have been caught if mother hadn't picked her up sometimes and run.

I don't know why they portrayed the T Rex like that either. I mean do these scientists even want to convince people dragons were prehistoric 'dino's'?

As opposed to the bible right? Which we know to be 100% true. Not sure if you are trolling or actually believe this. The mental gymnastics Christians go through is always amusing. It's either dinosaurs never existed or they lived next door to man because this one passage in the bible talks about a "great beast" or something like that.

The evidence is all there. Much more so than any religious text will show.
