Dinner time

My mum is more ultra modern rather than traditional. She tries to be traditional but her fashion says otherwise. She has a thing for purple. My mum has just given me a book to read. I have glanced at the cover and it was the recipe book by Delia Smith. I think she thought I meant what I said about her cookies being like rock cakes

Had real dinner tonight. Had one of those curry ready meals by some company. You get a tray of curry sauce with chicken in it and then a good portion of rice and you either get onion bajis or potatoe with onion something rather. And you also get a naan bread included. Only 1.50 from Iceland. I had it with salad and was the best ready meal i had.

Lately my girlfriend has had a depressing time. Normally she cooks the dinner. So tonight I am having Pasta with butter and a glass of water. This is because I ran out of food and money. Back to basics.


Additional:
My girlfriend is a better cook than me, yet she insists that cheese must go with everything she cooks. I am not sure why?
