Anyone know anything about Dihydrocodeine Tartrate. It's an active ingredient in a cough syrup like thing I have access to right now and I'm unsure about it. I don't want to take it because I can't find any information on it. Can anyone give me any information or, you know anything like that.

Dihydrocodeine (DHC) is a synthetic opioid analgesic made in the early 1900s. Its structure and pharmacokinetics are similar to that of codeine and it is used for the treatment of postoperative pain, severe breathlessness or as an antitussive.. so I'd think you could use them to get a buzz.. but its not worth it.. just get some morphines if you wanna have fun..
