Me and my friends were walking home from school someone was passing these out and we read it unlike kids today with cell phones internet distractions 10,000 other things competing for attention who probably would chuck it and no discussion.

Our daughter is a London police officer and what you say is true, todays technology allows people to be traced far more easily. What is easy to overlook is that during a murder or violent crime investigation, more than 90% of the work is done to eliminate people who are innocent.
This work costs a lot of money and consumes a lot of time, so it would not be used if you had an unpaid parking fine.

Put simply, unless you intend to take up a career s a serial killer, running a terrorist organisation, or robbing banks, assuming that you do not move to North Korea, you have nothing to worry about.
