Different words for "good"?

When someone asks me "Como estas?", I always respond with bueno, or something like that. What are some other words I could use for "good"? I always answer with different words when asked in English (fantastic! awesome! super!), but my Spanish is currently limited Muchos gracias!

 

You must say "Bien", not "bueno"... "bueno" is like said "well"... do you understand?
You can also say "barbaro"... "muy bien"... "super" también... o "genial" -why not?!-.

 

I kind of forgot about the "bueno" thing for a minute there- sorry! Thank you for the reply

 

-¿Como estas?- Estoy bien:- I'm fine.
Estoy bueno:- I'm well, (healthy).
- I'm gorgeous, hunky.

 

um you could say like I am happy, excited, tired, hungry... things like that too. I dont know if that is what you are asking for
