Apart from where a penis goes and maybe the tightness, what is the difference?
Able to go as deep both ways?
    Difference between orgasms?

I read many positive comments about anal but I understand some find it not pleasurable.
I have no opinion at the moment, never tried it and the one I really thought I was going to meet disappeared without a word.

Personally i can take it or leave it, i'm very thick so its extra tight but once i get past the first inch or so its usually pretty loose/open feeling.

more often than not its something she wants

I can’t speak for women, but as far as men go, I would have to say, generalizing of course, that 99% of anal is psychological. It’s taboo, therefore it must be great!

Much more pleasurable for both. Wife cannot feel me hitting her g spot when fucking her pussy but can when I fuck her ass. Closest she can get to cumming with a cock inside her (she needs clitoral stimulation to cum). Haven't been in her pussy in almost a year and she doesn't miss it.

My first wife became an anal whore once we perfected it. She had her most powerful orgasms ever during anal. She desired it up her ass 98% of the time versus a vaginal fucking. She loved to 69 as I was able to provide her with an orgasm through oral to experience her climbing on top of me to ride my cock in her ass for the biggest of orgasms for her. It did far more for her than it ever did for me.

Anal is incredibly intimate. No need for a barrier for birth control. And in some positions it can be done with body contact from toes to chin. And the nerve stimulation inside can, for some women, lead to over the top intence orgasms.

Almost 3 times the number of women can orgasm from anal sex than from vaginal sex, and anal orgasms don't cause post-orgasm depression or arousal loss like vaginal and clitoral orgasms do.

    It's natural birth control.

It feels amazing, tighter and has better sensation for men and women both.

It's better all around. It requires a little more effort to get started and enjoy it at first, but the payoff is well worth it.

One thing I know even if I try and love anal, I will still want handjobs, titfucks, blowjobs, and I would not be surprised to also still want in vagina

When some of us talk about "anal only" we mean "no vaginal", but not limiting everything else like oral, handjobs, titfucking, etc. Rather, making anal the primary sex act and reducing vaginal to little to none, usually only treating it as a procreative act. If you end up loving and preferring anal, I suggest trying anal only at least for a month or two to see what it's like, it usually makes sex better to not include vaginal anymore.

Absolutely this. I would never initiate anal sex but once I know my partner wants it then the thought becomes a huge turn on, there's something really objectifying about it and that always makes me feel excited.
