that is a fabulous point i used to force myself to drink a certain amount of water each day, and i kept getting uti's and having to piss every other second. now i simply drink when im thirsty. i try to be healthy and look what happens!
Kinda is and kinda is not. We do need a certain amount of water. It probably does equate to 8 glasses a day. But the study all of this comes from also stated there is water in your food too - well, it took that into account, lets say. So, you do not need to drink 8 glasses per se...just - like you say - drink when you are thirsty. Just be sure to eat well too.
Wasn't it this guy? (from your earlier post) In 1981, the newly appointed FDA Commissioner, Arthur Hull Hayes, ignored the negative ruling and approved aspartame. http://www.fda.gov/oc/commissioners/hayes.html http://www.aspartame.net/Internet_rumors.asp Black ops, for sure. But interesting anyway.
Not just when you're thirsty, I thought thats when your body needs more water and so it takes some from your mouth. The reserves. (Also, haha.. I forgot to actually post this. Sorry!).
Do you smoke? If so, sometimes you light a fag and then regret smoking it. You didn't really need it. Edit: Thought you were rambleon...ofcourse you do not smoke...lol. Don't worry, I wasn't sitting here patiently waiting for a reply.
I think we all have learned a little something today, haven't we? Soda also lowers the efficiency of your immune system by up to 50% for up to 4 hours, for every bottle consumed.
Perhaps, he has told me a lot over the years. Maybe it was something I knew already. I do know it isn't good for the body or immune system to any extent.
i don't smoke cigarettes, nor do i smoke weed. however, once upon a wrinkle in time i was a cigarette smoker.
I see. So you couldn't post a source for this info, then? Never mind, i'll try and look it up. btw, did you read the article I posted earlier about the myths of....oh, here you go: http://www.aspartame.net/Internet_rumors.asp True or false?
