Even the healthiest of foods have a negative side to them, and diet is not the only determining factor of whether one lives or dies. I could be run over by a bus tomorrow, and that would have had nothing to do with the way I ate. Anyway, I am not doubting the benefits of watching what one eats. As a matter of fact, I am a very health conscious person. The difference between you and I, however, is that I do not feel the need to attack people over choice in diet. There is nothing wrong with educating, but there is everything wrong with forcing.

Honestly, I'm a pretty health conscious person myself. I eat healthy, work out daily, and yes, I realize diet soda is not good, however, I do not partake on a daily basis because of that very fact.
