I need to start drinking more water yea. I used to buy a one liter bottle of it from rite aid or something and fill it up during work about 2 times.

Is tuna ok to eat a few times a week?
i know it has mercury in it but i dont think eating it a few times a week would be bad.

water is a wonderful start, buddy. make it your number one drink and you'll already start to feel better. I have to really remember to keep drinking it. but it helps if I get frequent headaches.

I personally try to avoid tuna, not only because of the mercury content, but because 59% of the tuna sold isn't really tuna.

    See:

chunk light tuna is better than the white albacore as far as mercury goes.

I don't know about the fish substitution part though.

I remember reading somewhere a while back that a big percentage of all fish sold in the US isn't what it is labeled.

Fat is GOOD -- it all depends on the type of fat and its source. Red meat isn't nearly as bad as it's been made out to be. The problem with fast food meat is that it's the lowest quality meat available, and is basically sourced from sick cows that have been pumped full of antibiotics.

those mislabeled tuna stories are for sushi restaurants and canned shit

buy the actual fish whole and fresh..and do research...it's pretty hard to switch fish when youre buying it whole and fresh

ive to figure being plugged to the matix all my life, and breaking away from it has to have its draw backs. I dont really wanna eat Mcds fries, something in the back my mind makes me, like a crackhead in the search a hit. lol, just weird. this only happens every 6 or so months. I eat super healthy, chicken , rice, fish, vegs, home meals.
