Had a motorbike accident and tore the tendons from my collar bone to my shoulder right off. Also dislocated the shoulder.

No, but I have some other issue with my right shoulder. I injured it exercising - overdoing shoulder exercises combined with freestyle-stroke swimming - in 2009 or thereabouts. That night I went to sleep and awoke with burning pain in my shoulder in the middle of the night. It has given me problems ever since. Every time I change my clothes, taking off my shirt is slightly uncomfortable due to my injured shoulder.

Is your shoulder expected to heal? Mine doesn't hurt when I'm at rest, only when I'm doing things with it.

It was about five years ago. They can't reattach the tendons I've got a bolt through my clavicle attached to the shoulder to keep it together. I don't really notice it unless it's cold. Yeah my bike riding days are over. I need to stay in one piece.

My arm hurts more than it did previous days.

the pain increaased instead of decreasing. Time brought more pain instead.

ıt's been 28 days and I feel so bad now then, I was really feeling less pain one day after shoulder dislocation.

I am dying with the pain now after a month and I cannot sleep because of the pain.

Pain killers dont have any effect. So are those creams.

    Have you been using it?

I have back pain, and the only thing that prevents the pain is not using my back.

Same thing with that shoulder injury I told you about. It only really hurts when I use it, for example if I go swimming. Swimming puts too much strain on my shoulder.
