Tried out the free trial today.. although I enjoyed it, I can see myself getting pretty bored with D3. My mind doesn't work the way it used to, I could lame out on D2 for days, but it's just so fricken mindless that I just can't justify it. I'd rather be outside. I like games that captivate me, in more ways than watching pretty lights go blink blink.
ive played it on 360, it was fun, but i dont want to dedicate alot of time to it. it is pretty addicting
Try Path of exile man, basically d2 taken to its full indie potential., and free to play to boot. D3 aint got nothin on poe
I play on PS3 :/ But, to Wizard_of_Hawse, I'm just now getting in to Path of Exile. Any advice for a newbie?
I like the campaign but once you hit 70 it's ridiculously grindy . . . . and there's no incentive whatsoever to play with others, no trading, no auction house . . . I took a few toons to 70 and then realized i'd be doing the same things over and over again. there's also not that much customization or variety within the game, and it takes wayyyy too long to get good legendaries.
