Thanks for sharing these bulletins, @Piobaire Not good, but good to know. I'm enough of an historian to know we go through difficult times when hate seems to be surrounding us, but it has the feels lately of a much scarier time than I've lived through.

I wish I could believe that. I would like to think that the British people are not as anti-LGBTQ as the American people are. I would like to think that about the Canadian people, too. But the current attitudes in the USA were not driven by the wishes of the people. They were whipped up by politicians and religious fanatics. And the same type of politicians and fanatics are hard at work in both the UK and Canada, trying to whip up similar sentiments. I fear that it is only a matter of time before our two countries go the way of the US. We are only one election away from having a trumpist government, with all the evil that that implies.
