It's not "driving under influence", is it???
I believe it should be perfectly legit. You leave an establishment and realize you might be over the limit so you wait it off in your car in the parking lot. Why wouldn't that be okay?
Or are we going to argue that it's about what you could do, not what you do? Like, why don't they just arrest you in the establishment if your car is outside?
What next, you're arrested for using your cell phone while stopped because you could start driving while continuing to hold it and use it?
    Overreach continues to increase...

Yeah... But that's true. No reasonable person did take Trump seriously as president.

A shit ton of unreasonable people on the other hand....

Me. Brown was shot 5 times, one from back to his head. There is no reason to shot in his head from behind. So, something goes wrong with the police academic treatment which is needed to revise seriously.

Under the fleeing felony rule cops are not allowed to shoot, and yet, there’s a police officer's bullet in the back of Andrew Brown’s head

The FBI has launched an investigation into the killing of Andrew Brown so hopefully they'll get to the bottom of this

It has led to more than questions. Chauvin's lawyer is requesting a new trial, citing misconduct. Hope it gets denied.

That was the DOJ backup plan if chauvin was found not guilty. If he had walked he would have been arrested the next day

Derek Chauvin conviction: DOJ reportedly had 'secret' plan to arrest ex-cop if acquitted

The Justice Department had been gathering evidence for months and had developed a contingency plan to arrest Chauvin at the Hennepin County Courthouse in Minneapolis if there was a mistrial or if the jury failed to convict him on all three counts.

But the backup plan was not needed, since Chauvin was handcuffed and walked out of the courtroom once Judge Peter Cahill read the guilty verdicts. Chauvin remains incarcerated at Minnesota's level five maximum security prison at Oak Park Heights until his sentencing hearing scheduled in late June.
