Well, well. A thread revived from years ago, and I'm happy to stand by every word I wrote on Feb 1, 2007. We didn't need that stuff then, and we don't need it now.

    A grand reply!!!!!!

I met someone the other day who was homeless and kinda sad.... I gave him a hug before I left and he wanted another hug....

I wonder if my smell made him happy??

Yes, because even when nude, I can still stink if I don't wear it.

I hear vinegar works wonders on many things... and wondered why some people smell that way, now I know.

You are a fountain of information Bilby!

Deodorant when needed - yes but very healthy types. Problem is my favorite is no longer made and I cannot find a brand that works as well and is safe. I need good sports one.

I need to find a new deodorant. The arm and hammer stuff just doesn't work for me.

    That would be antiperspirant.
Deo simply holds some bacterial action at bay.

Mostly. Stress sweat still stinks, certain meds cause weird odors, and illness makes smells.

    ETA
And meat/dairy, along with booze, will seep from pores.

I recently stopped using antiperspirant and decided to use extra virgin coconut oil and a light fragrance instead. My pits are loving it and the rest of my body is too!
