It’s midday on Wednesday and the votes are getting recounted.
The gap will be 5k votes or so.
So far, it looks like we might, might might get it.
    But it’s damn close.
    Thanks, millennials, for not voting.

Super happy this passed, hopefully this leads to much better things. I have heard some people saying that the eventual regulation of psychedelics would be horrible because the government will turn it carcinogen the way they did moreso with tobacco, and i guess they claimed the gov's doing that with weed right now. i dont see any evidence of that but havent looked. i can see how regulation could make things bad in that aspect but at the same time if its regulated and legal, then its easy to make on your own at home with a clean recipe the way its easy as hell to get a kit to make your own beer with nowadays.

maybe i should visit denver sometime? haha.

Denver is pretty hip. I used to live there. I like downtown. I like cherry creek mall, but 16th street is where I was a lot of times. I had a job there. Those were the days... Lol!

Muddys was a fun spot, still have hopes it could return someday though I suppose it wouldn't be the same.

In any case, re: mushies being legal & all, has it become common to see grow kits or spores for sale at headshops yet?

    Its been a while.
So the decriminalized aspect basically makes possession akin to jaywalking. A ticket, not a big deal, under an ounce.
Over that…welll, there’s hell to pay. grows are still getting busted.
