They banned a way of preparing meats that is much more humane than what we practice in the States. All because it's ties in to religion? SStupid They should just be honest and ban the religion.
Greece has banned it as well, let them eat bugs, those are kosher. Animals from factory farms have a miserable life, best to not eat meat altogether.
