Hell man you have just become a parody of an unthinking unquestioning right wing bigot. No thought seems to be given - you just seem to react from blind grievance and hate.

    *
The majority of people dislike such hate filled violence as was mentioned but your reaction to someone pointing it out and that it was related to a right winger is to snap back that you wish to “rub it in your face that left wing reactionary violence occurs frequently

Violence by the way directed by a right winger against the media because many on the right believe it is a tool of the left (or rather to the left of them).

A hatred and belief you even promote in the very same sentence calling the media the ‘Non-Playable Character’ media using a dumb expression that is popular with the far right, which is used by them as a way of fuelling hatred of the opposition that is likely to fuel even more violence.

    *
You look at Aladdin and can’t accept he might be a Muslim so to you he must be an “infidel living under they [their] tyrannically right-wing oppressive Sharia Law?

I don’t care if Alāʼ ud-Dīn is or isn’t a Muslim it’s just a story but it says a lot about you that it is what is important to you.

Then you throw in a bit of ant-Muslim bigotry just for good measure.

    *
Then you look at the Southern Poverty Law Centre and your major come away is to wonder why they are not attacking Muslim groups because ‘Islamist groups’ are ‘just as anti-Semitic as nazis’. Because that is what is at the forefront of your mind, to you that is the big problem - Muslims.

As an aside it should be remembered that the meaning of Semitic is - ‘relating to the peoples who speak Semitic languages, especially Hebrew and Arabic’. And a lot of Muslims in the world are Arabic speakers (and I believe as a Muslim you are meant to learn Arabic so you can read the Koran as it was written). The modern usage as just relating to Jews (if they speak Hebrew or not) is a confusion. So if you are using anti-Semitic to mean all Jews it could also be used to mean all Arabs.

    *
You seem to have come to epitomise a certain section of the right that is just driven by hate, hate for the others, the ones that don’t fit in with what you believe your ideas, devoid of any solutions because solution would involve thought and rationality and when it comes down to it you seem incapable of either.

What is great about AOC and others on the left is that they are seeing actual problems (like climate change) and putting forward solutions to be discussed.

That is how things should be done.

What a lot of the right are doing at the moment seems to be fabricating problems that don’t exist for no other reason than to hopefully frighten or distract people from all the crap they are actually creating - look over there the socialist are coming, the Muslims are coming, the immigrants are coming but don’t look over there at the tax cuts for the rich, the deregulation, the corruption etc.

Memes fuel violence? Well I guess since there's currently a push to ban the memes across the EU. And I'm sure that "memes fuel violence" will be one of their propagating talking points that many people will gobble up.

I never said Aladdin WASN'T a Muslim. I just called you and your cult followers on bigotry for assuming he was, just because of how he looks and where he's from. The Disney film didn't have any religious references that suggested that the character was one. It's been a long time since I saw the film, but we never saw Aladdin praying, did we? He lets his girlfriend Jasmine dress scantily clad; something no Muslim man of that time would ever do.

The fringe left gets all pissed when you assume a person's gender. But for them it's totally OK to assume all Arabs are Muslim. This is complete hypocrisy.

I'm calling out the Slander Propaganda Libel Center on their unwillingness to put terrorist groups in their hate maps. Correct, not all Muslims hate non-Muslims. But if they want an accurate depiction of hate groups that are operating in the country, lets include the religious extremists too. You'd think it'd be beneficial to know where domestic terrorist groups are operating and recruiting.

But then again, maybe it's for the protection of these Islamist groups. Such organizations and people deemed as hate groups and racists by the SPLC have been made targets of mass shootings, such as the Family Research Council and Charles Murray.

It's not about fighting hate, it's about propaganda, weaponizing racist accusations, fear mongering, and making money.

Louis Farrakhan's Nation of Islam, probably the most virulently anti-Semitic Muslim extremist group in the U.S., is on the SPlC's list. Other extremist Islamist groups--e.g., Hizb ut Tahir Amrica, the Islamic Circle of North America, Masjid al-Taqwa,etc.,not explicitly anti-Semitic-- are monitored by groups like the Clarion Project and Jihad Watch, themselves labelled as Islamophobic hate groups.

I know it's crazy! I mean they were absolutely okay with letting armed nazis, confederates and other racists march in Charlottesville, which lead to murder. God damn liberals

If right wing violence was totally out of control, the media wouldn’t have to lie about hijabs being pulled, high schoolers harassing natives, and minorities being mugged and assaulted by people shouting “This is MAGA country!”

They're all on video... Or were they "crisis actors"? A lot of the racists even admit that they do that shit. I mean what even is your argument? Have you just given up on even trying and resorted to shit-posting?

Words can fuel violence, propaganda can fuel violence, belittering and humiliating others can lead to violence, trying to make out others are unthinking mindless subhuman can lead to violence.

Oh it’s not going to work on everyone some are going to look at propaganda and think it dumb, ill-informed or just plain stupid but there are others that see these things differently.

The question is why do people pump out such propaganda are they just unthinking, uncaring or been actively malicious?

I mean if someone actually believed that their opponents were non-persons then there would be no problem doing violence against them or even getting rid of them since they are not real people.

But if someone actually believed that their opponents were actual people with thoughts and feelings then why would they be trying to display them as not been?

And as to the NPC thing it’s about claiming those you don’t like have no thoughts of their own – but haven’t you noticed it the right wingers here that are the ones that seem unable to think for themselves – the ones that can’t defend their ideas, the ones that shy away from any real debate the ones that can’t even answer simple questions.

TO REPEAT - I don’t think it is bigoted to assume something about someone because of their name but I do think it is bigoted to discriminate because of that assumption.

I might assume someone called Mohamed who was from the Middle East was a Muslim (or of an Islamic background) but that wouldn’t count against them to me in say whether I gave them a job interview.

The big problem is that seems to be happening.

Adam or Mohamed - who gets the job?

    Muslim names harm job chances

The thing is that people that are Islamophobic and or think Muslims want to undermine ‘western civilisation’ seem to me to be more likely to be the kind of people that would discriminate because of that assumption than other more rational people.

LOL can’t you see how warped your thinking is, how to you virtually everyone to the left of your position are ‘fringe lefties’ and sub-human NPC’s.

It’s you that seems to be the one that is constantly bringing up identity politics it’s you that constantly wants to bring up Muslims, it’s you that brings up gender and what people look like and it’s you that seems to be so full of anger about it.

An Incomplete Timeline of the City of Portland’s Collusion with Far-Right Violence - It's Going Down

    • The Portland police provided free buses to transport white supremacists at the tax-payers expense on April 29, 2017.
    • On May 13, 2017 Joey Gibson assembled his supporters to harass and attack a leftist rally against police brutality at Chapman Square in downtown Portland. Gibson’s right-hand man Tusitala “Tiny” Toese was filmed flagrantly assaulting a leftist demonstrator with complete impunity in front of nearby police.
    • On June 4, 2017 the police attacked anti-fascists with explosives and chemical weapons in order to clear a safe retreat for white supremacists. Then, they kettled over 400 protesters and violated their civil rights, for which the city is being sued by the ACLU. Federal Police also collaborated with far-right militia members in making at least one arrest that day.
    • Before Joey Gibson’s September 10, 2017 hate rally, Portland police (and apparently also Vancouver, WA police) actively-colluded-with him to conceal from the public the fact that he was changing the rally’s location to Vancouver, WA. This event, which was attended by members of the neo-Nazi “PDX Stormers” organization, took place in the immediate aftermath of the deadly Charlottesville “Unite The Right” rally (organized and attended by a number of Joey’s fellow alt-right activists) where neo-Nazi James Alex Fields murdered Heather Heyer.
    • On October 8, 2017, Patriot Prayer supporter and defender of Jeremy Christian, Jay Bishop, was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm, as well as possessing a firearm on federal property during a Patriot Prayer event at Terry Schrunk Plaza. Gibson gave a week’s advance notice to the police about this event, but did not announce it publicly. The police kept Gibson’s planned rally a secret from the community. Bishop’s case was handed from the Feds to Multnomah County, but he was never prosecuted.
    • On December 23, 2017, at Patriot Prayer’s “March for Jesus” a police officer texted Joey Gibson telling him that a group of “4 or 5” counter-protesters was approaching them. Patriot Prayer and Proud Boys members Tiny Toese, Donovan Flippo, Travis Nugent, Carl D Todd, Justin Sheets, Nate Millsap, and Joseph Jay Harrison then chased these protesters into traffic on the Hawthorne Bridge, causing one of them to be hit by a car. Patriot Prayer members can be heard cheering when the person is hit in their own footage of the accident.
    • On numerous occasions throughout late 2017 and early 2018, Tiny Toese had warrants out for his arrest, and was allowed to attack activists in downtown Portland without being arrested, while being warned of the risk of arrest by police officers.
    • On July 20, 2018, far-right livestreamer and Patriot Prayer supporter Chris Ponte punched an activist in front of police at the Occupy ICE protest, unprovoked. Later, A Portland Police officer gave Ponte a friendly heads-up that he had been indicated by witnesses as the perpetrator of the assault. Ponte was never arrested for the assault. Later, the same officer texted Gibson telling him that he hoped another event would be “like the ICE Protest visit you guys did.”
    • On August 4, 2018, in an assault which was deemed to be entirely unprovoked by any media agency who researched it, the Portland Police attacked protesters with explosives, causing several serious burn injuries and fracturing the skull of one person. After breaking up the anti-fascist lines, the Police then allowed the far-right groups to cross Naito Parkway into downtown Portland, where they hunted for protesters to assault.
    • After the city was swept with outrage for the August 4, 2018 assault, Chief Danielle Outlaw took to a right-wing radio program to mock protesters, saying “I kicked your butt,” calling outrage at the unprovoked injuries whining and complaining.
    • Only months later was it actually revealed that on August 4, 2018 the Police found white nationalists in sniper positions over protesters with high-powered rifles, and let them go.
    • At the city’s listening session last night, a large number of unmarked police vehicles materialized out of the night to give an armed escort to white supremacists, who invaded the meeting, threatening and shouting over the people who had assembled to speak.
At this very listening session, Outlaw was quoted as saying, “I want to be able to show that we’re about what we say.” Any person who has stepped up to defend their city against white supremacists over the last two years has seen what the city is about, and has heard what its leaders have said. They are about injuring anti-fascists, excusing police and far-right violence, and putting at-risk populations in harm’s way.

Patriot Prayer has said Portland’s “streets will be cleansed” of liberals and leftists, members of the LGBT, Muslim, and immigrant communities, and any activist who stands up to this violent onslaught. Patriot Prayer has sold T-shirts with a graphic threatening to murder Rose City Antifa members. Followers of Patriot Prayer have, in fact, murdered four people in the Pacific Northwest thus far. The city, via their assistance of Patriot Prayer, and with their batons and explosive grenades, have shown that they are in support of this extra-judicial murder. Patriot Prayer has expressed open support of the violent dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet, whose police forces murdered thousands upon thousands of Chilean citizens. The city, through action and inaction, have expressed the role that they are willing to play to Joey Gibson’s own demagoguery.

(I got tired of re-adding all the hyper-links, so check out the article for the rest, also for the full article.)

And resort to memes instead of rational arguments.

  19. Leftists see a klansman on every corner. 6 is right, IF there was such a massive problem with "Alt" right goons going on the offensive, nobody would need to resort to hoax hate crimes. One of the more insidious aspects of this nonsense, even when the liar is exposed there's still a chorus who shouts "but it COULD have happened".

I've even seen people shouting "Justice for Jussie". As if to say "Yea, he fucked up, but YOU don't get to punish him for it". Seems like a precarious wagon to hitch with. Instead of seeking hate..........

Real hate crimes get posted on these forums basically every day. And the FBI have even placed some of these alt-right groups on high alert. I knew some of you had bad politics, but I didn't expect you to resort to going around saying everything is just some big conspiracy haha.
