So this is basically what comes up with I tap the search bar on hipforums. How do I get rid of it? I don't want to have to wipe every other bit of history.

It's funny because most of the terms that appear in the image attached, weren't even searched for on hipforums! Yet they show up on hipforums!

Many Forum search functions are just Google search, or your "default search engine"... That's why non forum searches show up there. Clear the Google search and they will (should) go away.

I have trained myself to browse using "InPrivate" mode on Edge browser. Google Chrome has "incognito mode" that accomplishes a similar feat. Basically they don't save your cookies after you close your browser. No history either.

The main drawback that I know of with that is the site will not remember you after you close a browser window. You have to log in every time you open InPrivate/Incognito.

that's weird, i'm on chrome and when i click the search bar it only brings up things i've searched on hf. maybe because i'm on pc and you're on phone, but i don't see why that would matter either. maybe if you're signed into your google account? i only ever sign in to check my gmail.
