Delayed (troubled) ejaculation while sex with women

I have erection quickly and it stays for a long time, without me ejaculating, when having sex with women. So the woman cums and i do not cum yet, hence creating problems. I find it difficult to cum when having sex with a woman, but can come easily when masturbating. I frequently masturbate and that too with a light grip (usually with a lubricant and watching porn (cfnm etc)). So is my style of masturbating creating the difficulty for me to ejaculate when a woman does it for me or while having intercourse as the feeling of a vagina or mouth is totally different than when u masturbate.
Or Am i so tuned in to cumming by watching porn and masturbating that i can't focus mentally on the pleasure bit while having intercourse with a woman. Would cutting down on masturbation and porn watching help in this regard?

I have exactly the same problem, which is brought about by my epilepsy meds. Various depression meds & beta blockers can cause the same sort of side effects.

Maintaining an erection isn't a problem so, to a degree, the resulting stamina can be advantageous, but then it reaches the point at which it can start to get uncomfortable for my partner, or even boring, so what I usually do when I feel that things need to be brought to a conclusion is to withdraw, masturbate rapidly to bring myself to the 'point of no return', and then re-penetrate so as to allow myself to finish of inside her / him.

It's also the same when it comes to masturbation. As I'm the only one who truly knows what stimulation I need to reach a climax, I'm the only one who can manage it, and in my adult life, since being on the meds, only one guy has ever been able to bring me off without my own intervention, and with my previous history, that experience came as hell of a welcome surprise to me.

It's a similar thing when I masturbate with my FleshLight. Because of the level of realism it provides to those sensations provided by an actual vagina, despite the wondrous feeling it creates, unless I'm feeling ultra horny, aroused, or have been celibate for a few days, I even have frequent problems in reaching a climax with the FleshLight, when I have to resort to basic hand masturbation to complete a session. However, having said that, I surprised myself the other day when not only did I cum much earlier than I would normally in the FleshLight, even for a manual session, but I managed to maintain my erection & was actually able to reach a 2nd climax without withdrawing, using the semen from the first ejaculation as lube. By the time I had finished, my glans was really tender to the touch for at least an hour afterwards, but it was really worth it. I don't think that's ever happened to me before with the FleshLight, but I certainly hope it's not a one off.

Of course it could simply be a one-off, but I've been wondering if it could also be the result of the latest med I've been put on for the past 8 months or so. This supposed to interact with the original med, so as to increase the effective epilepsy control, while requiring a lower dosage. So, with any luck, it may be possible that this interaction is also reducing the side effects it causes. Only time will tell, I suppose.

 

Pineman is right about meds. I used to take paxil and really had to work to get off with a woman.

 

Just re-read your post more carefully. I have definitely seen things in the past about porn hurting your sexual function with a partner. That is a definite possibility.
