Cinnamon powder helps, but only if applied every other day or more if it rains. I'm having to put in a fence, 7ft or higher or they jump it, because they stripped my pepper plants clean already.
Right now I am running a 4 ft fence. On top of that I am running a 2 ft fence. Believe it or not it is cheaper doing it that way. Then buying 6 foot fencing for the same distance of run. I am also running a vinyl covered wire just above the second fence. For what ever reason that wire spooks them and they stopped trying to jump the fencing. So far it is working for me.
