I also believe that this is the height of incompetence. First of all, the lawyer must protect everyone, without discriminating or dividing people by their race, nationality, skin color or any personal preferences. What century do we live in that we should still see such cases when some doctors refuse to treat a patient of another orientation or a lawyer who does not want to work with people of a different orientation? I don't think it's OK to be against a gay or lesbian whatever the person chooses to be it's your responsibility as a lawyer to protect all human beings.
