Decapitated head

What happens in Texas really doesn't have much influence on my day to day life. Do i think it's cool? Not really... but I am 1000s of miles away from Texas.

On a side note, on Buffy when they found body parts in the dumpster, 2 kids were making a female Frankenstien... so get your pitchfork sharpened just incase.

 

Hey, hey, hey, I was just saying it's cool because it's strange and it's never happened around here before, no need to start judging how bad of a person I am. I never said I didn't feel bad for the victim or his family or friends or anything, but when something like that happens, you don't hear of it every day. Man, people on here can be terribly judgemental. I don't think anyone deserves to be murdered or beheaded, but tell me you hear of stories like that every day and tell me you don't think it's the least bit interesting. If you thought otherwise, you wouldn't have clicked here, would you? I'm a nice person, yeah, I am fucking nuts, yeah I do need professional help, wanna pay for it? I just thought it was interesting and thought I'd like to share. Read some of my other posts before you decide that I'm a horrible person.

 

Myabe we were thrown off by your use of the word "cool," which generally means something you like, not strange.

 

If it'll help my case then I take back the use of the word "cool". Come on, guys, relax. I'm really not a bad person, but that's the last time I'm gonna say it. If you decide otherwise, that's your opinion and you're completely entitled to it, so that's fine. Anyway, it's kind of creepy, though, imagine finding that? Yeah...that wouldn't be cool, that would probably be automatic heart attack. I'm a morbid person, though, if that's something you'd like to decide I am, that's okay. I just find odd things interesting is all.

 

if you read my posts on this thread, I think ive made it quite clear that, from this thread I don't think your a horrible person and I don't think you need proffesional help (actually I think counsellouring benefits everyone but that beides the point) people aren't judgeing you persay only what you've written on here, people can't get a real impression of you from a forum so I wouldn't be too concerned about what people think

Man, half you people are crazy. some of you see it from her point, some of you don't. But really the point she was trying to make was that what happened is crazy! That's not something that happens very often, very close, and really we should be thankful it doesn't. We should all feel remorse for what heppened and all of you even hearing of this news should prolly take a second to think about all the people who have had something like this happen to them. It is sad. That also does not stop it from happening. I would say that something like that would seem exciting to someone, mainly due to the fact that it's one of the things that does bind us all together. If bad things never happened, what point would there be to live. There would be no contrast. I.E. if there were no bad... would there be any good. and even if there still was... would we even notice it? Bad things happen like this everywhere. Remorse and excitement about such things is what makes us all the same. I really think her entire point of this inital post was to explain that something like that happened and it adds us to the map of "bad things still happen", and I really think that's what spurred the word cool. The orignal point of this thread was to get posts about this subject though. ...not to have people attack the poster. Honestly I think that if you can't see the lighter sides of things like this, then you are the one who needs counseling, or professional help. You can't be living a healthy life just going on and on about how horrible the world has become. The world is what it is, and we have made it that way. Maybe not you, maybe not me, but that is still the way it is. You can either be thankful it wasn't you and at least try to see the lighter side, or you can brood over the fact that it is horrible and end up living your life under the veil of darkness created by your unacceptance that bad things do happen... to EVERYONE... all the time. Some things are worse than others, but bad things happen all the time. The only thing you can do is try to get along and hope nothing ever happens like that to you... and I would say it's perfectly fine to see something like that as amusing. funny as all hell if you will, because you know someone elses opinion.. if it happened to you.. could very well be amused. As Samhain posted, it's only in our nature to be intrigued... new things... rare things catch our attention, good or bad. if the news that night had been 10 little kittens had been thrown off a bridge, but they were recovered and they were now all happy and healthy, she would have posted that... it's not something we see everyday, and it would have been cool... even knowing that someone was heartless enough to to throw them off a bridge. We have no idea how the news is coming along about the head, and we all hope that something is found out, and something is done about it. If I remember correctly she did say something about waiting to see what happens next. Knowing her personally, I can assure she wants justice just as bad as the rest of us.

I want to close saying that this thread is being del'ed. Honestly it is a good stirr in conversation, and thus far has been a pretty popular topic. There are just too many people out there who can't seem to realize that the full extent of someones feelings about any particular subject can't ever be described in a single post. There are too many people on this thread that have too low of self-esteem, and feel the only way to make themselves look better is by attacking someone elses moral fiber. Honestly, if you think a subject is wrong, don't read the thread. You are not forced to be here, and you have to think about what kind of person you are looking for things like "decapitated head". You did not have to come here, and you definately did not have to read the thread.

Anyway, in final closing, I feel for all of you out there who have lost someone. We shall take time to think about you and your family, and I, at least, hope that nothing like this ever happens to anyone. Though we should all understand by now that it does happen. Please try to remember that almost everyone is just like you. It's not that we feel no remorse, just that, esp. on here, most of what you are going to find is the odd angles of things. ... what makes something interesting enough to post. ... like the fact they found a decapitated head not 30 miles from our house. It is crazy... and kinda cool... and really only because it means we all have the same kinds of problems, and we all really do live in this same world. Besides, like some of you have posted... you can't get away from the human nature of thinking .. whew.. glad it wasn't me. and that is truly something to think of as cool... but you have to understand that it could happen to you, and you might as well think it's cool since other people ARE going to think it's cool if it does happen to you. And NO ONE on this planet is so high and mighty that they never think about bad happenings in any other light than remorse. We have all laughed when thet guy jumped short and slammed into the wall, but we have all had the thought that we hope they were ok and felt bad it happened. It's a two-way street that we all go down both sides almost at the same time, and you really shouldn't get upset when someone just posts one direction.

Again, Sadness and hope to those of you who have had something terrible happen to them, or someone you know. I hope nothing bad ever happens to any of you, but in light of what I said earlier, I hope bad things do happen. That's what makes life so hard, and exciting. Remember if nothing ever happened to anyone, then NOTHING would ever happen to anyone. Please think before you post. The head of this thread is a person too, and she has a big heart too.

As for being a pansy, I am a mother, a decapitated head makes me think about my family. So no, I won't be "admitting I think it is kinda cool" because I don't think it is.
So sorry to not fit into your little box.

And I have no hard feelings towards Kinky Ramona, she is entitled to think how she likes. I also take into consideration that if I were her age I might think the same way.

 

yeah i do not think it was awesomely cool when a kid i knew was tortured and shoot in the head and his body was dumped in the woods .....

yeah you used a poor choice of words and so did i ....i am sorry....just saying it was awesomely cool made you seam very insensitive to what has happened to a fellow human....and yes i can see why you would find it interesting and it was good that you brought it up.
