You probably need an ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist or a doctor who specializes in the brain and nervous system (neurologist).

What is your blood pressure like? Sounds like it might be too low. I had problems with Menieres until I started adding more salt to my food.

  4. How is your vertigo. You probably need to walk more maybe. Since walking is natural it helps lots of things.

  5. Just talking to my friend out of town today and she has vertigo often and her blood pressure r runs low and she does take a heart medication or two...she could be deficient or very low in potassium and even magnesium....check these out....many are deficient in both these minerals...

  6. Could be you are low in magnesium and potassium. Get those minerals checked, many are deficient and have no clue.

  7. Low potassium = low energy/fatigue

I have for some yrs now taken 2 99mg potassium gluconate tabs before bed. I get some potassium foods but not anywhere near the U.S. RDA....
