I have problems with my tummy too. I've been tested for coeliac, Chrones, lactose and gluten intolerances but they all come back fine. They listed me to have IBS but since the discovery of my arthritic back problems my doctor now thinks I suffer from an inflammatory bowel condition which is impacted by the inflammation in my back disease which make sense since the tummy sits right in the other side.

Foods trigger it for the most part but also when my back flares it doesn't matter what I do eat, my tummy isn't going to feel nice.

I hope you can find a medium with your diet, keep researching the problems and the diet to restrict those problems. :)

  3. Do not eat anything that is not natural
    This should be your diet
    Water
    Beans
    Rice
    Nuts
    Fruits
    Vegetables

Anything beyond that and it usually is not good for you

Not all vegetables are good for people with gastric problems and neither is fruit, rice or beans.

Well apparently you should research a little more into the break down and digestion of what you consider healthy foods for people with gastritis problems. For example, do you think a person with a gastric problem really wants to eat beans that create gastric scenarios? There's a reason you're tootin' and they aren't going to want it.

  9. I am not the one with a gastric problem. Why should I research?

Yes but balanced nutrition works for a balanced person without those problems, it's a lot more complicated for people like us with these problems. It wasn't until recently after another member here introduced me to a new diet that I realised that even though I thought I was eating healthy with the vegetables and nutrition only to learn they were causing more issues than fixing.

  13. That is true. A person has to have a dietbthat works with their system. It just has to be not what they want, but what they need. That’s the problem. It’s a strict discipline within ourselves and whatever condition we have.

So your (overly) restricted list of natural foods might not apply for OPs or Irminsuls situation at all. Same with your comment about cheese and milk.

Helicobacter pylori bacteria and using non steroidal anti inflammatory medications are the 2 top causes of gastritis The bacteria can be tested for and a course of antibiotics can cure that
avoiding alcohol and caffeine can help. There is no diet that has been shown to be helpful

para tratar una posible gastritis es recomendable que al momento de ingerir alimentos, estos que no sean muy condimentados. Se debe evitar bebidas alcohólicas y gaseosas. se debe inmgerir alimentos que eviten estos síntomas
