I think this is so disgusting. CBD oil doesnt even get you high, but it DOES help so many children and adults who live with seizure disorders, but I guess that cuts into pharma profits.

dea cant make laws only Congress can.

cbd is psychoactive in certain people. i am one those people. whether not being drowsy and stoned feeling is getting high i don't know.

I'll say it again; federal regulatory agencies need to be stripped of their regulatory power and report their recommendations directly to congress instead. Congressional representatives are the ones we vote for and ultimately have to defend their voting records come election time. It isn't like congress is very busy these days, unless you count the politics of personal destruction as one of their responsibilities (not mentioned in the constitution, I don't think).

 

Least you can get decent medical over there, or at least drive to the nearest state whenever. At least you have some state to state autonomy on policy. We're stuck on this shit little island ruled by tory wankers, and the nearest place we can go to buy it from a licensed shop is through customs. Either than or it's over proced, moldy crap that's now being sprayed with synthetic cannabis and hospitalising people who don't realise it's chemically enchanced shit.

We don't have the climate for outdoor growing, so everyone is growing it in their house. Another loft went on fire the other day somewhere putting two neighbouring children in hospital, and earlier this year my mate ended up on hospital when the guy downstairs blew his flat up trying to make shatter in a pressure cooker, set the whole block on fire and he had to jump out the window at 3 in the morning subsequently breaking his legs. He actually got caught with a plant himself, but the cops turned a blind one to it owing to what happened.
