DEA Rules No Medical Use for Marijuana Once Again!

What? Government agencies lying and doing the wrong thing? When did this start happening?

I wish you guys in the USA would hurry up and have a revolution, you'd save the world if you did.

 

Skip thanks for posting this, I am like many here..I was able to overcome a disease with the use of cannabis. Alcoholism was in my life and ruining it until I became a legal patient. I am alcohol free 10 years now...and let's not compare the harmful effects of alcohol on your health VS the benneficial natural herb Cannabis, please don't go there freinds. DD

Not sure how to react to the premise that we're the center of the universe as far as global politics is concerned. I suppose that on one hand it frames the discussion in a more palatable manner for the population but I see a major part of our problem being that in the event of a "great awakening" one of the first epiphanies being the realization that not only does much of the rest of the world NOT see us as a political and cultural spearhead but also that so many look upon the United States citizenry with great contempt in large part because we permit ourselves to be transparently bamboozled by such propaganda-laden bullshit like drug policy that's supposedly created for the public health by a government that collects taxes through tobacco and alcohol sales.

To paraphrase Blue Oyster Cult, "don't fear the reefer"...

Well if you have any problems pushing through any legislation you have a mind to, you can always just flush the economy down the shitter, so that people are more worried about their next meal, security in their home, and family, than the rules that you're taking advantage of their distraction to make to further hurt all of the things that you're already distracting them from by hurting. It's been a pretty common theme in the last hundred years of US government.

Isn't it funny that men without even so much as a college degree can make medical deciuons that override a medical doctor. (maybe for the DEA you need a criminal justice degree, but normal cops in my town only need high school)

If the DEA wishes they can arrest a doctor for perscribing any medication be that pot, or Oxy, or whatever. They can say "we feel your a drug dealer" and that's the end of it.

It's like some random guy off the street saying he can wire your house better then an electrcian.

Good point. The people don't see it that way though..

They have government appointed advisors in the UK with sound scientific knowledge on such things, but if they dare to suggest anything that runs counter what they want they want, they sack them.

Its all a bunch of bullshit! The government doesn't care about "the people" as an individual. Legalizing weed would be bad for business- fuck the sick and dying people. Its a Damn shame!

 

But, it's practically a vegetable!

 

This is just one more excellent reason to NOT trust the US Government.

 

What does the DEA know? They're fukin' cops not doctors.
