I try not to miss anything, even if I don't post.

If I had a dog and I knew who shot it...oh my....

my animal wouldn't be running around but I've known of people that had friendly dogs and as far as I could tell got poisoned for no reason. That would make me most unhappy...and I would try my best to spread that around.

That's crazy. The dog had this kids head in it's mouth. I guess mama liked her boyfriends dog better than she likes her kid.

Clemson is fixing to play Alabama for the National Championship out in Arizona. The son is right there in the stadium.

This is quite an accomplishment and of course I want the Tigers to stomp Bama ass!

I also can't wait for the boy to get on back home Wednesday...

rare we watch the steelers,, turned game on 4th quarter nothing else on, win or lose, in this town if you havent water cooler material on the game you might be a terrorist ... so we watched the ending, telling the gf the object and plays and such, 2min, I went to the bathroom I said they lost, shes not really paying much attention but can see the clock and score. I sit back down, I tell her the time outs they have remaining this is longer wait the powerball drawling.. I said only a miracle can win this game but there have been many steeler miracles,, with the time out all ben needs to do is get that ball down field hold the clock and had the bengals been patient the game was theirs.. I turned around two seconds and the penalty call.. pgh got the play and I told the gf steeler just won while she was looking at her phone but knew the score and the time left.. she was blown away, asking me to just how the fuck did that happen..

Of course I want Clemson to win but it is such a huge deal they are there I'm already proud as punch of them.

I'll be able to be all settled down about it all when the son gets through with the flying and is (safely) back home. He will drive from Arizona to Las Vegas tomorrow where he will catch a flight to Minneapolis, and from there to Charlotte, NC...THEN he has to drive from Charlotte to upstate SC. I'm just saying driving makes me soooo sleepy and he'll be driving alone.

He is saving about $400 flying out from Vegas instead of Arizona and then coming in to Charlotte rather than much closer here. I'm all for saving money but seeing as I'm his mother, lets say I'll feel better about the whole thing when he texts me he is home.

My experience with doctors in general is they have no real training on specific things, especially the eyes.

If you're in pain they give you pain killers.
Swollen knee, they can prescribe you something for that.

But when it comes to the eyes, my doctors at least, just have zero idea. Thing is a lot of eye drops aren't formulated to be kept at a chemist hoping somebody comes in to collect, you may need something that's formulated and urgently shipped across for collection.

I'd see an eye specialist tbh.
