Fuck I love this song! I love the guitars and the mans vocals.
It's about a soldier, who's writing a letter back to his wife, he's pretty much getting bombed out in Stalingrad.
It's very sweet, and emotional. Makes me sad. I can't really understand much of their other stuff, Death Metal Deutsch lol. But this is much more melodic.

both my portable heaters are in the van frozen...bathroom has electric heat....maybe i will sleep in there tonight....both bedrooms will stay warm enough upstairs...its just me that's is going to be wearing snowpants all night

Came back all in snow -1*C here, snowing.
It was quite beautiful, nice and still maybe a soft breeze at times, crisp on the skin.
I pondered a lot as I do on walks, smoke some green and go walk in the silent hours. Only my boots crunching the snow to be heard.. and the dogs that bark because they hear me crunching through snow.

one night of a cold house wont kill me.........i'm very tough....remembered i have a spare heat lamp for the chickens so i hung it over my desk......heating pad for my butt......and i have the dog as an emergency back up....he would be glad to cuddle up iwith me instead of on the ground beside me

 

i don't think like my dog like the split cycle blowing air on him, i invite him up and he jumps down soon after.

my dog never leaves the bed. shes always at the end. I call her to the top and snuggle she moves to the bottom once I fall asleep

My little dog would get under the covers and sleep on my feet, she never moved all night... If she had to get out, she would get out the side, to cool down, then later shimmy back in the same way...
In thinking I would love a new dog, but I'd have to give up my travels.. maybe next year..
