    problem solved

    bad igniter/flame sensor

wire got pulled a bit somehow which allowed the spark to jump the gap internally and ignite pilot ... but not enough contact to feed the rectified sensor circuit and prove flame

thats what thru me off a bit...cleaned it and it fired up perfect...then quit after a minute

bad sensor should quit right away or not even open the main if pilot isnt proven...

everything looks new this boiler is only maybe 3 years old ...either something fell and yanked that one wire or it was damaged in installation and just now decided to act up

its one of those weird one wire systems that send high voltage to ignite pilot and then looks for rectified voltage thru the flame into the ground circuit to prove flame

^^^^ those are English words...but they may as well be German. lol

"if the pilot is't proven" "prove the flame" "one wire systems that send high voltage to ignite plot" "rectified voltage thru the flame into ground circuit to prove flame"

    :astonished::flushed::hushed:

Yeah trading for doing tasks I cannot do and sharing yard work for over 2 acres sounds better and better. It won't be for a little while yet...

There's a few kinks to be worked out yet. and NO - There are NO MARRIAGE or MARRIED kinks. Everybody is single with loaded plates...but things have a way of working out when you give it (the kinks) some thought. :)

ONE thing (not really a kink) is that the son may not be thrilled. lol I typically had poor taste back before I took myself out of "all that."

I don't blame you...even thinking about flying scares the bejusus out of me.

Its just not natural...but I'm sure you've thought about all of that so I won't go into details to make it worse.

Keep in mind (as I've been told!) that flying is the safest form of travel.

    (I don't know how that's possible.)

heres a simple video that explains it all...i wish id found it earlier

i never knew flame could carry and rectify voltage ...never hurts to learn something new

I'm bogan as. :p with my flannel shirts and my tin canned beer. Not that bottled shit, get less in a bottle and it cost more, not a bogans deal. :p

Was like yesterday before we went to pool I was grabbing a tinnie and I notice I still had one can of Woodstock and I yelled out all redneck with a voice on, ay babe, I got something better than a beer I found a fucken Woodstock babe!

    It was funny.

Chris Franklin I think is the bogan comedian he comes out with some good stuff.
