im not really one for spicy... and cream cheese hurts my tummy more now than it used to, but i am totally craving this cranberry salsa hubby brought home awhile back. i have got to get the recipe. im going to plant all the cancer-fighting foods and just give them to my parents. let dad invent new ways to use things. i probably cant get him to eat cabbage, and definitely not bell peppers, he cant stand those. but i think hell eat just about anything else. not eggs. he will cook with them, but cant eat them. some kind of mutant he is.

aaaand researching now. i had heard about reishi, but not chaga. im getting a birch tree so that will hopefully give us some homegrown habitat too. i want to basically grow anything helpful that i can, because its the only control i have in the situation. and maybe he will try to heal himself with diet. he does not want surgery or medicine, anything that costs money hes trying to save for us. im glad my brother is in charge of the money, hes most like dad anyway.
the whole situation sucks. but if i can keep them fed, and plan the remodel on an earlier timetable to keep them housed if it comes to that, then with lesser "means" i can keep my parents comfortable enough. if nothing else i need to be working toward a point where that can be available if needed. otherwise its just a master bedroom or something.

bleh. too much serious sad talk. someone talk about some titties.

if you know any swampy areas with birch now is the best time to harvest it

tree should be living but dormant...dont pick from dead trees

dont need a ton of it...process and use it in small chunks instead of grinding it fine...the chunks can be used over and over again last a long time without wasting

we dont have a lot of swampy areas. there might be some near/ around some of the parks. we may have to get out there and look.

Tequila used to make me about crazy. Well ok...there was no about to it. Of course a lot of that had to do with the fact I wouldn't quit until the bottle was empty.

I need to be getting ready for bed and all of that but I can't seem to do what I should. My mind won't settle down enough to shut off the computer and I'm not ready to try and go to sleep...gah

There are about a million things I need to do (and plan!) for outside, and at least half a million I need to do inside here. Of course I know from way back that one needs to Write Plans Down. Really...its like magic or something so why the hell I'm not doing that instead of listing what I need to start listing and planning is beyond me. geez

Then I have this issue that is in the back of my head with this younger man (12 1/2 yrs younger), and I never thought I'd be dealing with such again.

    Gude greef.

you have to decide if the stress is worth it. you already have a lot on your plate.... it makes a big difference if any potential new addition is going to make your burdens lighter, or heavier.
its a rough spot, but you know how to choose the best route through. <3

I've got about, 30 mins or more until my next match. Going to be hard, done heaps rad to get here though,. Only Austrian left. Can't wait till it ends, I'm booking out a hotel and falling asleep. I anticipated kinda being out by now so didn't want to book a hotel lol, I should ride myself off every day and I'd end up doing well. :p I have a piece of hair on my sock been stuck there all day and night. It's the dog' hair, I keep it with me lol. I'm at that point of total fatigue, just nonsensical giggles.

sometimes i find it on high spots but its much more common in danky areas

actually now that i think about it the stuff on high and dry places is almost always good stuff ...the danky spots can be good too but you have to be picky about avoiding the punky trees and sometimes bugs

i dont use it myself..anything i find i give my parents and they use it for tea

I'm done. I did fantastic. I'm out though. Quick knock out final, out 2-0. Me get drunk and stoned now. I'll stay until the end watch what happens. Solid effort for my first international competition.

Hmm maybe 4 or 5 once. I sunk the 8 twice too. But you don't get credited with a win you just redo it hehe. I think it should be a win. If nothing else goes down but the black that's a fucken win to me.
