Words are power; they give shape and form to life. If it were up to me I'd NEVER refer to him as "John". Ha, let him turn toward Christ, then maybe he will be blessed to be known as John. I hate that people are being beheaded and then the vids are being shown. Really I do. However, when a person puts themselves in a situation where there is war and beheadings are not uncommon, this should be expected.

This is obviously an atrocity, but I'm confused about something. A few days before this, David Cameron publicly stated that the UK would not participate in air strikes. So why would ISIS do something to provoke a British response? These beheading videos are odd too. For one thing, in at least the first 2, the actual beheadings aren't shown. You see a knife pressed against the victims throat, then it cuts to a shot of the body with the head sitting on the back. I'm not saying it didn't happen, I'm just saying there is something odd about it. It seems that if the purpose is to deter and intimidate us they would show the whole thing. Also, the executioner, "Jihad John" is apparently left-handed. So why does he have a handgun holster under his left arm? Once again, I'm not saying these atrocities didn't happen. I'm just saying that something doesn't seem right here.
i believe the english tabloid have coined this phrase to demystify and mock him to show that he is a british person from an inner city area in london. not what he pretends to be. like jack the ripper, a caricature. but if you make a joke about allah thats a big no no. i would never make fun of alan.
isis have released a few executions in full but if the footage was passed through official sources it will have been edited. previously hostage videos like ken bigleys execution were released in a public way. its a terribke sin they are committing. death is to kind for them. they are after money and infamy.

All praise Aslan.Seriously,killing people in the name of religion is totally unconscionable,but ever has it been so.It makes me want to become an out and out atheist at times,although my nature tends towards religious feeling,even though the idea of some all-encompassing entity who created the universe called God seems just a tad absurd.They call it "Jihad".I call it Islamic fascism.It's in actual fact a relatively contained localized power-grab,and I think the west is better off out of it.But the world is so interconnected now,and so very small...David Cameron and Obama talk big on confronting Isis,but when was the last time they had a fight or were confronted by violence.Most of us experience these wars by proxy via the media,and it's hard to get a true sense of the horror of it all.I have utmost respect for those journalists going out there and putting there lives on the line to report this stuff.

Obola is pursing a strategy of defeat... one can not defeat ISIS using air power alone and so far I don't see any of the coalition forces committing ground forces to the struggle.. Iraq and Syrian ground forces should be supported ... we can not support Syrian rebels as they can not be differentiated from ISIS elements... those saying they can are lying or completely uniformed on the situation in Syria.. Bashar Assad is in fact the key to defeating ISIS... if we will remove all of our support from the current insurgency in Syria and concentrate on using our air power to target ISIS and their allies in Syria... laying off of Assad's secular socialist government... ISIS would soon be defeated. As long as we continue to accept the tactics of the Muslim's in the White House and Administration, we will see ISIS establish a middleeast caliphate from the former nations of Syria, Iraq and Jordan... a safe harbor, from which they will export terrorism world wide just as they are doing now.. It should be obvious that Obummer has no intention on defeating isis... despite their rhetoric they refuse the military council of the pentagon and many other foreign military experts calling for ground forces as the only way to defeat isis. Why would the President refuse their council and work to subvert the only military tactic which will defeat ISIS? Could it be that he has other... not so hidden... loyalties and agendas? Is treason at work in the White House? Actually this Isis shit is becoming boring., it was boring with alqaeda, boring with the taliban tora bora boring. Face it.. America has failed. Failed like in Vietnam failed..
