hey man, David Bowie is one of my favorites and is without question one of the all-time greats you know. though the quality of his work has vastly improved in the last few years, david bowie has unfortunately not made a great record since Scary Monsters.
you know, David Bowie is like a musical chameleon, adapting himself according to fashion and trends. However, David Bowie had always had the ability to be extremely original and revolutionary while doing this and you know man thats what seperates Bowie from most musical artist. Few artist have put out as many great and influential records as Bowie did. Bowie is one of the most influential musicians in rock and his swingin phases in the '70s sparked a number of subgenres like punk, new wave, goth rock, the new romantics, and electronica. The Man Who Sold The World, Hunky Dory, The Rise & Fall of Ziggy Stardust & the Spiders From Mars, Aladdin Sane, Low, Heroes, Scary Monsters, ect. are some of the greatest records of all-time.

 

Yeah bowie is amazing, he's a chemeleon alright, ever since he crashed on this planet he's been goeing, traveling through music, its amazing.

it's art man, you might think some of it may not do it for you.

things like 1.outside are hard to digest, completely difrent from his 80's disco stuff, wich is completly difrent from his glamrock stuff, wich is some ells from his rock stuff,

The man did jazz, Drum 'n bass (Earthling), punk, trash, grunge (Tin Machine), lounge (hours)
