Do you think your naughty bits know when they're being stimulated by you or by someone else? Why would masturbation lead to depression and decreases in dopamine, but sex actually has the opposite effect?

Your genitals don't care if you're making them feel good or someone else is. They just want to feel good. And there is nothing wrong with that! :)

Simple put. A man masturbates and cums.
A man has intercourse and cums
A man gets a Blow job and cums A man gets a prostate massage and cums
And on and on. Actually, it promotes good health in men. The only physical problem I know of is if you try to do too much cumming in rapid succession you could get urethrariaist. A burning feeling in the male urethra.
Routine masturbation is healthy for male and female. Embrace it in your life.
Personally, I don’t like to have a empty cum and either does my wife. She likes it to shoot. Even if it’s a small amount. She knows she done her job.

Yeah, the only times masturbation becomes dangerous is when it becomes some sort of psychologically unhealthy addiction/dependency, or you do it in ways that are actually physically harmful.

Oh, and also if you do it in a public setting, you're in danger of getting arrested for indecent exposure, or something.

For the men, too much masturbation is bad for the nervous system.

For women, too, because a while ago I heard a cam girl talk about how she was using her Hitachi on her clit too much, which resulted in the nerves in her clit getting damaged. She said she had been consulting her doctor for treatment and shit like that.

Nah.....that's bollocks, as long as you are not addicted to fapping 24/7 or super-hooked on porn........it's all good!

read men who have regular sex and i'm sure it does not matter how they orgasm... keep healthier prostates throughout their lives.... masturbation gives a regular high... as long as that's not the ONLY thing you do to exclusion of everything else... can't see the harm...

Again, you're talking about TOO MUCH! Though this varies from person to person... Maybe eight hours a day on a webcam is too much. If that's your JOB, clits and dicks are delicate devices. You can't abuse them every single day for many, many hours as a Career! Just like you can't run 25 miles a day without it taking a toll on your body. We do have physical limitations.

Oh yeah, absolutely. And I would know the danger of excessive something, because I've actually damaged something in my reproductive system in the past where I would see specks of blood in my semen. In my case, I was trying to increase my stamina by squeezing my PC muscles shut during orgasm, and I would do this every day during masturbation for a couple months, without actually ejaculating the entire time. Don't ask me why, lol. This definitely affected me in a physically negative way, and for that reason alone, I no longer advocate the said method of delaying ejaculation for men.

I have since switched to a completely opposite approach in building stamina where, instead of squeezing the PC muscles shut, I would relax them(sort of consciously let them stretch out/open) when I get close to an orgasm. This way I'm not actually trying to hold it with force, but rather I'm waiting for the intense urge to ejaculate to subside via correct breathing and channelling of the sexual energy elsewhere in my body. This is a much safer means of developing stamina as far as I'm concerned.
