not completely. its down to where i can go more than a week without one and feel ok. but mainly cause i'm not partying so much. and i'm not at work, which is what really kept me on them
Oh yeah... and also when I'm waiting, for the train and stuff. If I have to wait for 5 minutes I'm bored, with a cig I enjoy myself perfectly.
