I've decided to eat nothing but soup this weekend. I was going to fast (except for water) but I'm hungry.
Why did you decide to fast? (as in, what is the goal you are hoping to accomplish by fasting?) What type of soup are you eating? And why soup?
You are welcome to a packet of fig rolls that I found t the back of the cupboard last week. The label reads BB 06 2005, so they should work fairly well.
I was going to fast to give my system time to, er..."empty." I had moderate success today but still feel somewhat bloated. And country vegetable soup. With some crackers.
A co-worker once told me that coffee was only good for making your body store fat. I told him that he'd never read my herb manuals, which all say the only thing it's good for is high enemas. I mentioned this in church, which is full of coffee addicts. You can imagine how blessed they felt after hearing that. I don't get to speak before that congregation very often. Hot coffee in the morning was my mom's favorite method for "starting something". I once ate a heaping tablespoon of bee pollen. A few hours later I could blast through a screen door from ten feet away without taking off my pants. It was epic. The figs work pretty good, too. Peppers, also. Mango, sweet, banana, jalapenos, etc....whatever kind you can handle. Fire for effect!
