well, not so much. totally gained it all back.

 

I gained weight - 7 and a half stone now.
Good or bad?
(im 5ft 2 or so I think)

But it's gone down again because I've been cutting back on my beer consumption. I guess a little good has come out of it because dang, it's not been all that fun.

I'm 11 and a half stone....and that is why I skip meals.

 

I wanna glow and get clear skin and lose the belly fat. I'm going back to my natural foods, mostly vegan way of life.
I got stuff to make tons of ethnic food with lots fo fiber and veggies.
I am going to make homade curry with tofu, veggies and brown jasmine rice for dinner tonight rand either plantains or squash with cinnamon and agave for dessert.
I even got herba matte infused green tea to replace my Starbucks habit.
