I enjoyed the top 10 female guitarists but stopped after 20 and it wasn' guitarists it was songs. Anyway my personal favorite is Carrie Brownstein.
Jennifer Batten is the pioneer of female virtuoso guitar. I remember Orianthi from MySpace, before she became super big. And Chantel McGregor is a true hidden gem.
Ruyter Suys from Nashville Pussy comes to mind. Its filthy rock n roll but she's real good at it. Who needs a virtuoso when they don't know how to rock?!
