For the time being, I am thrilled the DP has been stopped! I am hoping (and praying) that these brave indigenous people and those fine veterans that came and stood with them will somehow, together with lawyers and such, come up with a plan to keep it permanently halted. I do realize that evil usually eventually wins (in this world)...but I sincerely hope in this case Right and Good will be the ultimate victor. Plus this cause is gaining vocal and physical supporters all along...there is hope.
Im happy it was stopped I do believe they will find an alternate, though a longer route but an alternate route that doesnt disturb the land or the folks on it but still completes the task. I really dont think they are going to go through that land
Merely another symbolic gesture to appease democrats who insist on having their cake and eating too just like republicans. Sooner or later the American public will catch on that they have become their own worst enemy, but not until all hell breaks loose.
