Dad keeps smelling weed smoke and i keep geting caught

Heh, that actually made me laugh.

I don't have a problem with you smoking at fourteen. My brother started at 13, though he's always been ahead of the pack, so to speak, and has enough common sense to look at the issue with a clear head. He doesn't smoke very often, to say the least.

My advice to you is to stop smoking in the house. Go somewhere else, go for a walk, and do it when your dad is in bed/not home. If you insist on smoking in the house, make a spoof. Fill a toilet paper tube with really smelly dryer sheets and blow your smoke out the window through that. Always worked for me.

 

Actually I just said something exactly about that in another thread a little while ago.

lol. I hadn't read this thread until after I had posted that. hehe. I usually go about posting then eventually get back to a thread I was at.

 

Try this - Get high with your Dad OR make your dad some pot brownies or whatever other sweet treat he likes, just don't tell him there's weed in there

 

thats just what hes avoiding though, smoking while his parents are home.

 

take up running/ jogging/working out to get out of the house for a bit and it wont seem weird if you do it every day. I just smoke in my bathroom with the vent on, if you can do this you need to check one thing. Close the door to your bathroom and any other openings,turn the vent on,if air flows INTO the room then you can smoke all you want,no smell will get out,just close the door and leave the vent running for some time, try combining this with taking a shower to get steam and soapy smells and stuff all mixed in there,at the end of the shower you should be golden.

 

this is the best advice(if you HAVE to smoke at home) it works better than every thing. my friend lives in an old apt. complex and she uses this so her neighbors dont smell it. it also will help to fix a paper towel over the end with a rubberband. it will literaly smell just like dryer sheets.

 

let me be the second to say this doesn't work. Proven as-of last night.

 

do all of the above with a window open in the bathroom and it does.

 

Just light up in the living room, tell him if he wants to live under your roof he's going to have to follow your rules.

Then punch him in the dick when the look of confusion fades from his face.

Yeah, that's the only thing I forgot to throw in there. As long as you have a window open in any room all you really need is a fan. Me and friend smoked two joints and a pack of Camels in his basement one night and all we did was leave a window open with a fan running for the night. Room was totally clear 8 hours later.

 

thanks to everybody who gave me the dryer sheet trick,burning insence advice, and basment advice ( i will use it). As far as everybody who told me to cut back on the weed, i am, your right weed isn't going anywhere anytime soon, so i'm thinking about smoking once a month or so, not 2 or 3 times a week like i have been doing.

Nobody is done growing by the time they're 14. 17 I can see him developing early, I'm 20 and still maturing.

The problem with smoking at 14 is it might get boring, and you could try something new to get high. Then you get into some problems. I say you cut back and only smoke when there is 0 chance of being caught. Sleeping out that ngiht ect. I'm not saying to stop completly, but keep the number of times you smoke per month in the single digits.

 

get/ make a vaporizer ... no smoke no smell. well it cuts down on smell a lot.

 

i always just smoke near an open window in my room.
blow the smoke out the window and always keep the pipe right next to the window so no smoke will get in your room.
i have a fan blowing so it makes sort of a draft and all the smoke gets sucked out of the window pretty much.
after im done, spray the room with somethign that smells good, easy as that.

I disagree with the people who say to quit. I'm not saying it's a bad idea, but if you enjoy it, why should you be restricted by age? I mean if it's fucking your life up and you blow everything off and get bad grades, then yes you should quit.
