Sucks I was a gym rat. In good shape not a meat head.

Restless at midnight I just went to the gym.

Fucking germ hit now my night routine is several drinks.

    It just sucks.

Germ bullshit screwed up my world in so many ways.

One thing I think I got though is maybe an advantage over the average person in that I have been through disruptive shit in my life and this corona is the first for most people.

I got to quit drinking anyway though. That shitty hangover weakness every day.it sucks.

This is sick I guess but I have been reading online that many struggling people feel less alone cause now everyone's lives are disrupted.

    Felt that a bit myself.

My affordable emergency pandemic lockdown workout go to routine is:

    $5 dollar jump rope
60 mins of kickass tunes from YouTube

    30 mins. jump roping
    15 mins. shadow boxing
    50 boxer situps
    35 oblique situps per side
    45 pushups

    120 min. nappy

Drink on weekends reflecting on positive accomplishments of the weekdays.

    Best of both worlds

I had a gym membership, but I cancelled it pretty early on in the pandemic. They were droning about this "virus" every day. I decided I would stop going to the gym, and told my instructors at school that I wanted to study from home. Soon after everything followed suit and school went online and all the gyms closed.

I think the gym is open but all germs. I would cough doing the lat pulldown , I just dont want to deal with it.

I should buy a jet ski. I rented one for a few hours years ago when I went to the gym daily and still that damn thing bouncing around in the waves I had full body workout soreness.

1st step is quiting the daily drinking. Was over the top for a little wile but still doing it daily and dragging the next day.

Was just at the liquer store getting my 200ML Goose and next door I cal it the covoid 19 cafe'

All these people 4 and 6 at a table no masks they just dont give a shit.

Its like WTF is the expeirence of going to stupid resteraunts addictive like alcolol and drugs ?

Another spot on the beach I call corona corner. Same thing, all crowded people all in each others faces.

I want to open an outdoor gym on 10 acres every machine 50 feet apart.

    Outdoor gym park.

All those machines you see in indoor gyms woulkd be just fine outside with some occasional oil and grease.

Break this daily habit and build my own stuff

I cant finance it but I think the outdoor gym idea could be a winner.

I just need a bench, lat pull down and leg press.

Shit be fine out in the rain. Dont have the indoor space

I have the finance problem AND the space problem. We don't have room for what I want; which is a treadmill. But it's kind of a non-issue. I jog at the park (there's a track...) and I love it. The only problem is sun exposure* That's been bothering me.

You know, I run so often that I'd have to buy a whole lot of it (everything gets sweaty then needs to be washed). So it feels a little impractical. Maybe I should look into it. It's just my arms. I wear long pants. The arms are tanning up good. :D

I dont like my arms getting too tan. Get that wrinkle look. I dont care wear the same shirt several times without washing. It doesnt get that "dirty"

A better bet is to go jog at a park with shade trees !

    OOOOH F

I just got to stop drinking. I exercise at night IF I am not making myself feel fake good with that damn liquid poison.

    Try again tomorrow !

I used to have the blender... bag of ice... bottle of vodka, flavored blue raspberry, vanilla, marshmallow, birthday cake, whatever... I would do that every single night. Drank until I felt like stopping. Sometimes that wasn't enough because the bottle would be empty and I'd be ready to drink more. But I was unhappy with it. I noticed I was shaking when I didn't drink one day. I was heftier than I like too. Finally, I decided to put it behind me the only way I could think of: 1 day at a time. It was grueling, but that's how I did it. One foot in front of the other...

    I know its horse shit.

I have been "tapering" meaning I dont buy more the 4 drinks at a time.

I will get it back, this sucks.

Again I am an old cat, done this deal before. Dumb cat too cause I like to party .

Actually all out for several hours and not crawling or writhing.

I think I pushed it back enough to walk away.

No one wants to hear crybaby shit but this virus thing rocked my world like everyone elses.

I know its bull and has to stop.

Ended, nightmare is over. Weeks of wanting to quit and really being able to do it.

What a nightmare, when I get started I loose my appetite , barely eat every day and drink drink drink.

These threads are like a diary so that was Jult 22 I wrote the OP. Today Aug 14th I think its been 4 or five days since the last drink. Out of the woods.

And no more "Klonopin" free of that crap too, darn stuff makes me crave alcohol and was what got the whole thing started.
