Ejaculating without orgasm is a technique I refer to as "The Dribbler".

To do it deliberately takes a lot of self control & is essential that you can recognise every sexual sensation within your body. This is because semen is released in readiness for full ejaculation momentarily before the orgasm - a bit like loading a pea into a pea shooter, but not blowing, and just letting the pea roll out along the tube.

In essence, once a charge of semen has been released, after a minute or 2, it's possible to continue masturbating to another ejaculation without orgasm as many times as you manage, and the semen makes an excellent lube.

i have found that if i work at it, i can get close to orgasm and release one or two drops of
semen. then back off until i feel the orgasm retreat. this is very difficult and not successful most of the time. if i don't stop in time and continue on with a full orgasm, it is not as good as normal. however if i do stop in time and do that several times, when i am ready and go on to a full orgasm, the orgasm lasts longer and is much more intense than normal. as i said, it is very difficult to do, but worth it when i can.

 

I think that sometimes it depends upon the strength of stimulation and may also depend upon age. Older men can sometimes cum when their cock is only semi-hard or even almost soft. I find in those circumstances the 'orgasm sensation' is weak or non-existent.

During excitement of the penis through intercourse or masturbation, especially if it has gone on for a long time, there is probably an increase in seminal fluid and as it is produced it tends to move towards the urethra and as the seminal vesicle is further back in the plumbing from the prostate, there can be a release if excitation stops just before normal orgasm. This just allows a flow of fluid and some sperm without the contractions of orgasm.

Alternatively, I can remember when I first started to have intercourse with a girl, after a lot of foreplay, I would cum very quickly and if I tried to stop before cumming, I would get this flow without the orgasmic contraction. Not very pleasing for the girl and if not wearing a condom a obvious risk of pregnancy.

 

Withdrawal is a most unreliable method of contraception anyway, as sperm is often released long before orgasm - even moreso with those who produce precum, as this can be just as risky as semen.

I have never actually ejaculated without experiencing an orgasm, though. If I'm sufficiently aroused for a long enough period of time, I may leak enough pre-cum to make it look like I ejaculated, but that's it.

Regarding multiples - ejaculation triggers the male refractory period - not orgasm. Many guys are multi-orgasmic before they start to ejaculate & develop a refractory period. A few lucky guys never develop a refractory period, and are able to retain their multi-orgasmic ability as adults. Some figure out how to delay ejaculation through various means, and are also able to enjoy multiples as adults.
