Crushes

if you don't mind, then why did you say "don't you just hate it" in the first place then?

 

I have had multiple crushes from childhood on up, but the most persistent crush (still applicable) started when I was about 5 on the daughter of a close family friend of the extended family and there were no dirty thoughts involved in it at all when we were little, just an extreme sense of protectiveness.

About 17 has passed, and I see her every major holiday during family meet ups, except telling her would complicate developments our family-friend dynamics.
