crochet flower capelet/skirt thing

I had a bunch of different green yarns. Not enough to make really anything of one shade. So, I was thinking about how you guys do all these patchwork things, and thought I would just start crochetting circles. I ended up with a bag of circles, and just started basting them together. This is what I ended up with. It can be worn as a capelet/tiny poncho thing, or as a little overskirt... i like it best as on overskirt.

It was just crocheted rounds.. with increases so it would lay flat.

Well... bear with me, as I'm not good with instructions:

chain 4. connect with slip stich. Using the center of your newly made loop as the hole, single crochet 8, join 8th stitch to 1st stitch with a slip stitch, chain 1. Crochet3, increase, crochet 3, increase, end round and join with slip stitch, chain I, Continue rounds, increasing once ever X number of stitches (ex. if its your 4th time around, increase every 4 stitches), always join with a slip stitch/chain one combo.
