Bug (1975)

 

I saw that movie a long time ago on HBO and I expected more from a movie directed by John Frankenheimer

The movie was set in Maine, but it was filmed somewhere in the Pacific Northwest which ruined it for me,
and then of course there was Talia Shire fresh off the set of Rocky II and she didn’t appear to be in the best of health.

 

David Cronenberg is the best

It took me up until part when they were on the plane before I realised who she was.

Scanners: the head burst scene is a classic

The Brood

Rabid (who could forget porn star Marilyn (behind the green door) Chambers

Videodrome: with James woods and Deborah Harry (aka Blondie)

Crash: I liked the movie but I thought it was overrated

As an actor he was great as Dr Decker in the movie Nightbreed

 

I have seen every one of them. Existenz is another well promoted one. I'll have go back for the Marilyn. lol
