    Question: Which one puts on the most water weight, powder or pill?

    How soon will I see results?

    Take powder. Will start to see results in 2-3 weeks.
    Take 3-5 grams daily. None of that 10 gram a day loading phase bull shit

    Just an fyi....creatine will put on water weight but probably not the kind you want unless you still work out.

    powder is better than the pill..

    i havent use it in a while though.. don't have budget.
