I once found a space modulator... [sharedmedia=gallery:images:153741] It was actually a retro tube checker...but hey.
the instrument package from a weather balloon was something i actually did find myself. though i'm guessing i may have already mentioned that. several locked bunkers for the storage of explosives, belonging some to the railroad and some to the highway department. many abondond campsites with lots of left behind trash, some of it occasionally useful. most of it likely infested with god only knows what. several rotting corpses. many many collectables, in less then mint condition of course. a heavy canvas bag with the name 'brinks' printed on it. empty of course.
a cell phone tower desguised as a tree. (does anyone REALLY think this would fool an anarchist if they wanted and had the means to tear it down? the chain link fence around it with razor wire along the top, is kind of a dead giveaway)
several abondond gold mines. not so strange really considering where i lived (right in the heart of where the discovery of it brought euro-americans flooding toward california) and that the price of gold was still fixed at 32 dollars an ounce. (and everyone thought it would be a myracle for the economy if they ever floated it, which they eventually did and it wasn't)
Well, without being silly I found a truck camper top..on the top of a mountain that was nearly impossible to climb let alone drive up haha. Definitely used for boning, but getting it up that mountain is pretty damn impressive
a campus crusade for cthulu pin button on a bush near an abondond campsite. (i was actually the one who left it there, so i guess that doesn't count for finding, and i was the one who had camped there, i don't remember if i left anything else there besides a moldy sheet of plastic and a foam pad. this was back in the 80s, so probably not much to find)
