Most people would not understand until they have been unfortunate enough to have extensive dealings with these people. In some cases perhaps, thing were not that bad, I guess there is a variation from locality to locality, and social worker to social workers, maybe it is not always as bad as what I experienced. However, I can tell you as a first hand witness to various situations involved CPS (child protection) that the extensive documentation they provided to the courts was full of gross exaggerations, completely untrue "facts", significant distortions of reality, and general propaganda of the character assassinating kind. They don't target everyone, they can't target everyone. But some people, perhaps your poor, perhaps you don't present well, perhaps you easily "judged" based on shallow middle class assumptions, but I can tell you when they do want to pick on someone, that I have witnessed great corruption, and basically the rape of truth and fact. I myself have been accused of things by them, that I do not even wish to state, but I can only assure you, that as a person that is not into self denial and goes not have some sort of "ego" defense to lie to oneself, that the accusations against me were ABSOLUTELY not in any way true. But if you think they can't get huge psychological reports written by psychologists that have never met you, and various others entirely opinion based subjective statements designed to assassinate your character, and indeed I know for a fact that various LIES were made even by the professionals, and I can only guess they thought they were doing the right thing by falsifying evidence to "prove" what in their minds they must have believed. Lets just say I regard CPS as very dangerous. If you don't think that injustices occur due to them, then you are naive. I mean think about it. They use ANONYMOUS evidence, you don't even get most the time the pleasure of knowing who accused you, and then they don't have rules of evidence like a court of law, its based on the "balance of probabilities" in their subjective opinion, if you don't think this sort of system, where they have mountains of resources to persecute you, well lets just say that it can produce great injustice. Don't get me wrong, in some cases for example children absolutely need to be protected and removed from certain environments, but you must understand that many of these cases are not based on undeniable physical facts but subjective opinions, often such as the opinions of psychologists. Also I personally know and know very well about 10 youth that have gone through foster care long term, and let me tell you EVERY ONE OF THEM abhors CPS and the foster care system. They have all experienced HORRIFIC events in "care", I mean their stories are so bad, most people I doubt would actually believe it, "Oh I can't accept it can be that bad" etc. Various youth I have known have made serious attempts to kill themselves DIRECTLY as a consequence of them being trapped in the custody of CPS. Indeed friend I knew when I was younger, and in foster care, DID successfully kill himself and was found hanging on his fosters carers porch. Physical abuse, sexual abuse, rape, all occur, and cold, vindictive attitudes, as well as cruel and intolerant attitudes are frequently encountered by youth in this system. Indeed as an example of what the system is like one youth who told me how desperately unhappy they were in care, and TOLD ME WHY they tried to hang themselves, well in court it was presented to the judge that the suicide attempt was due to the youth having problems with trauma they experienced BEFORE they were forced into foster care, this was completely false, but MANY times I am aware of completely wrong statements being presented to the courts. Kids I personally witnessed crying their eyes out and begging to come home were presented to the courts as "wanting to stay in care", as such rubbish. All I can advise people is do EVERYTHING you can to avoid CPS getting involved in your life, and be on your COMPLETE guard if they do become involved in your life. Maybe it won't always be as bad as what I have experienced multiple times, maybe CPS functions better in some places, but seriously they can destroy your life based on ANONYMOUS evidence with low standards for "proof of evidence", they are like a secret police that can take your children and destroy your family.
